Actor Anthony Mackie was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving and charged with DWI (Driving While Intoxicated) early Saturday morning in New York City, reports People.
The 35-year-old star of such films as Pain and Gain and the upcoming Captain America: The Winter Soldier was arrested and booked on suspicion of DWI after his red 2010 Dodge Charger was pulled over in East Harlem for tinted windows at 1:22 a.m. and he reportedly refused to take a Breathalyzer test, according to the New York Police.
Officers reportedly smelled alcohol in the his breath and said that he had bloodshot eyes.
