Miss Venezuela Gabriela Isler Wins Miss Universe 2013 Title.


Miss Venezuela Gabriela Isler won the coveted Miss Universe 2013 crown on Saturday night, beating 85 other contenders from around the world at a glittering ceremony held in Crocus City Hall, Moscow, Russia.  Miss Universe 2012 Olivia Culpo of USA crowned the new beauty queen Miss Venezuela Gabriela Isler.

1st Runner-up: Spain
2nd Runner-up: Ecuador
3rd Runner-up: Philippines
4th Runner-up: Brazil
