Movies: Jobs
Jobs is a biographical drama film based on the life of Steve Jobs, from 1974 while a student at Reed College to the introduction of the iPod in 2001. It is directed by Joshua Michael Stern, written by Matt Whiteley, and produced by Mark Hulme. It was released 15 August, 2013 earning over $30million at the box office on its budget of $12million.
Movie Synopsis
Tracing the Apple co-founder's career from his early years in that Palo Alto garage to his rise as one of the computing industry's most admired innovators. By focusing on the key moments that drove Jobs' success and the conversations that made him such a controversial figure among critics, Stern and screenwriter Matt Whiteley present an intimate portrait of a driven, deeply complex man who dedicated his life to revolutionizing the way we use computers.
