We're the Millers is a 2013 Comedy Movie directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber. It stars Jennifer Aniston, Jason Sudeikis, Emma Roberts, and Will Poulter. It was released in the U.S. on August 7, 2013 by Warner Bros. Pictures and New Line Cinema.
It was major success at the Box Office and grossed in over $240million, on a budget of just $30million.
Movie Synopsis.
In a foolish attempt to save a runaway teenage girl and thief named Casey (Emma Roberts) from a group of street thugs,18 year old virgin, Kenny (Will Poulter) gets himself into big trouble when the thugs turn on him instead. Kenny's neigbour, marijuana drug dealer David Clark (Jason Sudeikis) sees what's happening, runs to the scene, tries to save Kenny but ends up being robbed of his money and marijuana stash, some of which he owes to his boss, wealthy drug lord Brad Gurdlinger (Ed Helms). Brad then forces David to smuggle drugs from Mexico into the US in order to clear his debt.
David then comes up with a brilliant plan to make a fake family with his neighbour, a stripper named Rose (Jennifer Aniston), and with Kenny and Casey as their two kids to avoid being suspected or checked by the authorities as he smuggles the drugs across the borders, the rest of the comedy and drama ensues.
